Thought I'd show you some of the house

Just wanted to show you all a "before" and "after" of the dining room. It's still a work in progress. Mom & Dad are bringing my grandmother's dishes, which will both be put in the hutch & on the wall that my back is to. No idea yet about window treatments; I'm just glad the plastic blinds are gone! I think it's a little brighter. What do you think?
