Dr's appointment yesterday - a little graphic

Had a doctor's appointment yesterday. Looks like 1cm dilated and 75 % effaced. Going to have my labs drawn to make sure there are no malapsorption issues, which is routine for post-op RNY patients. So, the appointment was normal.

Then, I decided to get some lunch before going to work. While standing in line, I had a very uncomfortable feeling, and rushed to the bathroom. Next thing I know, I'm calling the doctor's office back because I was bleeding. They checked me again, and luckily it had stopped at that point. They hooked me up to a monitor to check the baby's heartbeat & make sure there were no contractions. He's fine! No problems with the placenta. A little bleeding is normal after an exam at this point, but the doc agreed that I had more than normal, but everything is fine, and I'm on bed rest for yesterday and today.

The changing table matches the crib, but has yet to be put together sine there was a broken part that needs to be replaced.

After our little scare yesterday, it's hit us how much we have left to do!
